Dr. Andrew Damron – Chiropractor
Dr. Damron established DCW because he was fed up with the current health model. Statistics continue to show an increase in pharmaceutical prescriptions to patients every day. Although he does believe some medications are necessary, he thinks the majority of prescribed medicines can be harmful to the patient’s long-term health, creating another set of healthcare issues as a result. Dr. Damron believes DCW’s unique approach to achieving overall wellness will revolutionize the healthcare industry through collaborative care utilizing chiropractic, massage therapy, rehabilitation, and nutrition. The DCW focus addresses the whole person versus just symptoms and uncovers the root cause. He also believes that education is vital to sustaining a healthier more vibrant lifestyle as well. His goal is to create a healthier society and a better place for our children to live.
Dr. Damron began his medical career with a Biology Degree from Wright State University in 2002. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida in 2007. While attending Palmer, he had the opportunity to travel abroad to Madagascar and provide chiropractic care to the native Malagasy people. Dr. Damron has continued his post-graduate studies with a focus on nutrition, rehabilitation, and functional medicine.
Dr. Damron and his wife, Kristy, reside in West Chester with their three young children, Graden, Isabelle and Eleanor. An avid Buckeye fan, Dr. Damron enjoys playing the guitar in a band with his college friends, watching/playing any sport, cooking, reading, and attending concerts, notably the Dave Matthews Band and Foo Fighters.

Dr. Hagen Sweazy – Chiropractor
Dr. Sweazy believes in the whole person approach, where the underlying cause of pain is corrected instead of masking symptoms with medication. While he appreciates the wonders of modern medicine, he believes that medication is often used as a ‘bandaid’ when other treatments would be more appropriate. By utilizing chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic exercises, nutritional counseling and more, Dr. Sweazy addresses the root cause of pain. By treating the underlying cause of pain, Dr. Sweazy helps patients to feel better in the short term as well as the long term.
Dr. Sweazy began his higher education at Western Kentucky University in 2010 where he studied Biology and Chemistry. Upon graduation, he enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Since graduating, he has remained steadfast in his mission to remain at the forefront of modern research.
Dr. Sweazy is extremely passionate about his career, and takes great joy in each day on the job. It is his goal to maintain a health focused, positive, atmosphere in which the patient is the number one priority.

Brooke – Office manager, makes things work, rehab specialist
Brooke started her career with RN Applied Science degree with a minor focused on business studies. Brooke chose the field of nursing as a profession solely to help people and make a difference in their healing journeys. After graduation, Brooke found herself in need of a chiropractor when nothing else was helping a rib issue. She was apprehensive at first, having no expectation of it working, as this issue had been an issue for over ten years! However, the entire experience opened her eyes to a different medical world where the root cause is being treated instead of the symptoms, and it worked!
Brooke loves helping patients reach pain relief and daily living goals with rehabilitation and chiropractic care as much as she enjoys helping the office run smoothly. Brooke believes our office is different than any other offices. Our office strives to meet the patient’s needs full circle with Chiropractic, rehabilitation, massage, and nutrition. But most of all we genuinely care, and we want people to FEEL better!
When you come to Damron Chiropractic, you will always be greeted with a smile!

Nicole – Licensed massage therapist, chiropractic assistant
Nicole wanted to go into a career field which had a purpose and realized helping people was that purpose. She then decided to go into massage therapy to help as many people as she could. Knowing that she has eased the pain or stress of just one person is a gratifying feeling.
Nicole offers a subtle yet practical approach to deep tissue massage that her clients find relaxing while also therapeutic. By combining myofascial release techniques with deep tissue work, the patient and the muscle tissue relax well, leading to great results. Utilizing these techniques is how she has built great success with her clients over the years.
She attended the Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2008 and has been working closely with chiropractors for her entire career. Nicole is married, has two daughters and lives in Blanchester, Ohio.

Rebekah – Licensed massage therapist, rehab specialist
Bekah came to DCW as a patient, and the total wellness approach of the practice appealed to her philosophies of health and wellness. With a background in nursing, athletics, personal training and massage, she had not found a place that engaged her interests and beliefs regarding client health. To many of the places she worked were more focused on treating, billing, and then moving the client along without the proper supports for continued improvement, the system was treatment focused rather than client focused. At DCW she has found a place that puts the patient first.
Bekah has eight years of experience as a registered nurse, two years as a Crossfit coach and personal trainer, and graduated from SHI Integrative Medical Massage school. Bekah fills two roles at DCW as a massage therapist and a personal trainer. As a massage therapist, she utilizes Deep Tissue, Muscle Energy and Swedish massage techniques to restore range of motion, decrease pain, stress and relieve tension. As a personal trainer, Bekah uses exercises to complement massage and chiropractic care to regain client wellness, reach physical goals and prevent future injury. Both roles fit tightly with her belief that wellness is not just treatment, but a continual process of growth.
Bekah is married and lives in South Lebanon. She has a dog and two cats. She enjoys yoga, Crossfit, and anything that keeps her moving and active.

Jamarta – Licensed massage therapist
Jamarta has always been interested in helping people. Her first interest was becoming a nurse at a young age, but was involved in a more holistic approach. She became interested in massage therapy due to its benefits and how it even helped her with postpartum depression with her oldest child. She was amazed by the results and thought it would be a great career to pursue herself.
Jamarta attended Daymar College in Bellevue, KY and graduated in 2010. She is originally from Boise, Idaho, and moved to Cincinnati in 2007 where she met her husband. I have an 11-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Jamarta’s favorite places to visit are Gatlinburg and Red River Gorge. She likes the outdoors and activities such as camping, hiking and water sports during the summer.

Olivia – Front Desk Receptionist, insurance billing specialist
Olivia graduated with a degree in medical Assisting/Medical insurance and a background in Phlebotomy. Olivia had always wanted to be apart of a team that helped people. Damron Chiropractic & Wellness had everything in a healthcare facility that she was looking for, and wanted to be a part of that family. The patient is put first, above all else. Olivia loves how massage, chiropractic and rehab, all worked together for patient’s care. The communication and true concern and care that we all share for the patients is
something Olivia believes every medical office team should have. What really stood out to her was the natural, more holistic approach to care. So many facilities and doctors prescribe medicine and send you on their way. Olivia feels every patient’s wellness is specifically looked at, and a care plan is made specifically to treat their needs.
Olivia lives in Morrow Ohio with her husband Rodney and their 3 children. They have one Mini Dachshund named Tucker. Olivia enjoys reading, the outdoors, trying new foods and spending time with family.

Alison – Front Office Assistant
After Alison became a mom 18 years ago she made it a priority to take a holistic approach when it came to the health of herself, her family, and her home. After being a patient for several years, she joined the DCW staff in the fall of 2018. She is compassionate about the well-being of others and she enjoys being involved with the care of the patients. Alison is from Clarksville, Ohio and has lived in the area her whole life. She is married with four children and also has a cat and a dog who are beloved members of the family.
