Dr. Andrew Damron – Chiropractor
Fed up with the current health model, Dr. Damron established DCW to create a healthier society. Statistics show that patients are prescribed more pharmaceutical prescriptions every day. While Dr. Damron believes some medications are necessary, he thinks the majority of prescribed medicines can be harmful to the patient’s long-term health. He believes DCW’s unique holistic approach will revolutionize the healthcare industry with its combination of chiropractic care, massage therapy, rehabilitation, and nutrition. DCW focuses on the root cause of the patient’s pain rather than the symptoms.
Dr. Damron began his medical career with a Biology Degree from Wright State University in 2002. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida in 2007. While attending Palmer, he had the opportunity to provide chiropractic care to the native Malagasy people of Madagascar. Dr. Damron has continued his post-graduate studies with a focus on nutrition, rehabilitation, and functional medicine.
A resident of Mason, Dr. Damron has three young children: Grady, Izzy, and Ellie. An avid Buckeye fan, Dr. Damron enjoys hobbies like playing the guitar, watching/playing any sport, cooking, reading, and attending concerts — most notably the Dave Matthews Band and Foo Fighters.

Brooke – Office manager, makes things work, rehab specialist
Brooke started her career with RN Applied Science degree with a minor focused on business studies. She chose nursing as a profession to help people and to make a difference in their healing journeys. Brooke became passionate about chiropractic care through personal experience. After graduation, she wanted to find a chiropractor who could address a nagging rib issue that she’d dealt with for 10 years. She was apprehensive, but chiropractic care worked! The entire experience opened her eyes to a medical world where the root cause was treated instead of the symptoms.
Brooke loves helping patients achieve their health and lifestyle goals as much as she enjoys helping the office run smoothly. Brooke believes DCW is different from other chiropractors because it offers patients a holistic health plan. Plus, she’s proud that everyone at DCW genuinely cares about making patients FEEL better!

Jamarta – Licensed massage therapist
Jamarta has always wanted to help people. She became interested in massage therapy when she saw how much it helped her with postpartum depression. Amazed by the results, she decided to pursue massage therapy as a career so she could help more people feel better.
A graduate of Daymar College, Jamarta moved to Cincinnati in 2007. She met her husband here, and they have a daughter and a son. Jamarta’s favorite places to visit are Gatlinburg and Red River Gorge. A lover of the outdoors, Jamarta’s favorite activities are camping, hiking, and water sports.
Tiffany – Front Office Manager

A resident of Lynchburg, Tiffany has her Associates in Nursing. She’s married with two bonus sons and two fur babies (dogs). Her other loves? Music, traveling, and a good cup of coffee. She’s thrilled to be a part of the DCW team and to help patients feel their absolute best.
