At Damron Chiropractic & Wellness, we care about our patients’ overall wellness. Many come to us because of back or neck pain. After we help them become pain-free, they ask us how they can feel better overall. They want more energy, more stamina, less fatigue. We realized so many of our patients weren’t feeling their best because of what they were eating and how that was affecting their weight.

We can help. During our 7-week doctor-supervised program, you’ll receive expert coaching from Dr. Damron and team. They’ll guide you every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect from our program:
Week 1: During our first meeting, we’ll take initial measurements, review the plan, have time for Q&A , and more! This first week, you’ll do a simple detox/cleansing protocol. Believe us, we really mean simple. If you can drink water, you can easily complete this step.
Week 2-4: For these three weeks, we’ll put a focus on nutrition and supplements. Plus, accountability and coaching are key. You’ll check in with your coach daily. Most of our participants typically lose ½-1 pound/day. On average, participants lose about 10% of their body weight over the course of the program
Weeks 5-7: The last three weeks set you up for long-term success! We’ll re-introduce some foods back into your diet, increase calorie counts, and start the maintenance/re-set phase. During this phase, your body is starting to recognize your new weight and recalibrating your metabolism. You’ll still eat a clean diet, and we’ll coach you as you transition into your “new normal.”
